Rental Rates

Prices are fully inclusive of all heating and electricity, linen, towels and T-Towels.

Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10am

Damage Deposit – Weekly rentals only

£100 refundable damage deposit will be added to your rental, this will be refunded within fourteen days of your departure, as long as the apartment has been left clean, tidy and with no damage.

Dogs

One dog over the age of 1 year is allowed but we do ask for £20 for minimum 2 night stay, £10 per night for 3 plus nights to cover extra cleaning. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment.

Reservation Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of bookings, with the balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date.  Payment is by cheque or direct bank transfer 

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let your dates (fairly likely depending on the dates), in which case the deposit will be refunded (less a £20 admin fee).  Cancellations less than 28 days (4 weeks) before the arrival date unfortunately forfeit the full rental fee, again unless we are able to re-let the dates.  We recommend that you take out travel insurance to guard against this eventuality.
